ClearMats.com Return Policies and Procedures
Order Cancellations:
Customer must contact clearmats.com in writing prior to their order shipping out to cancel and order. This includes duplicate orders or corrections. Shipping times vary between 4 and 24 hours from the time of purchase, depending on time of day.
Clearmats.com will not accept returns regardless of the reason after 60 days.
Clearmats.com will honor the return of Manufacturer defects within 60 days. Customer is responsible for furnishing proof of defect with a digital photograph. Photo should be emailed with the customer order number to info@clearmats.com. Defects include discolored mats or mats with frayed edges, or mats damaged in transit.
Company Error:
Clearmats.com strives to offer superb customer service that is clear and precise as the mats that our customers have come to love. However, every company on occasion will make an error.
If we ship you anything that is not listed on your customer generate invoice the return shipping is on us and we will do everything in our power to make it right.
Customer Error:
All returns due to incorrect order information placed by customer including but not limited to, shipping address, vehicle year, make and model, material type or package type will have the shipping paid by the customer.
The mats must be returned as complete and in like new condition for a full refund. The only exception is with express written consent of customer service.
Refunds:
All refunds are processed by clearmats.com within 24-48 hours of receiving the returned product. Please be advised, as with all credit cards, the refund can take between 4 and 30 days from the time of processing depending on your Credit Card Company or Financial Institution.
Limited Release Vehicles, After Market Mats, or Mats not specified on clearmats.com:
Mats are guaranteed to fit what is stated on the invoice only. If your vehicle is a limited release or special order vehicle, you have aftermarket mats, or are ordering for a car not specified on your order, please email customer service for clarification, before purchase.
To qualify for a return customer must email a photo of their mats (as specified in our Frequently Asked Questions).
